Tues, July 3....fwiw, I wrote to the docketing clerk yesterday and asked : 1. is there a local rule that addresses a time limit for a ruling, 2. is Judge Ware expected to rule on the Markman before he leaves. 3. If not, then who would it be handed off to. This was my first e-mail after two phone calls asking the same questions. No one is talking. I don't get it.
