With all due respect - we are still fighting the same old battles regardless of what year it is. I'm tired of the BoD hiding from its shareholders and it angered me when I read the PR where they took complete credit for the decision to pursue M&A as part of their blueprint for success and when it didn't work out....I believe it was Gloria or someone else who said it is what shareholders wanted. They take zero responsibility, are not held accountable, ignore the wishes of the voting majority of shareholders and continue to take a back seat to Leckrone as evidenced in my opinion by the premature settlement after making some serious allegations against it's JV partner. Where has Alliacense stepped up the pace of MMP licensing since the settlement agreement. Please save your breath if you are going to tell me that the Markman is preventing this from happening. I'm not buying it.

They tell us it is in the best interest of licensing program not to mention the names of licensees. What program were they working under in prior years where announcements with names of licensees were common place. What changed that would suddenly hurt the licensing program to announce APPLE, GE and lord knows who else.

GE is announced in a Pacer in Dec. Five months later we see a Ford PR in which GE is announced again and barely at that. Something is seriously wrong and old news=new news=wool over shareholders eyes
