A couple of years ago, I was told by the CEO of Holocom (a PTSC investment) that Crossflo had been shopped all over and everyone but PTSC's BoD had decided to pass on this one. What does that tell you about the due dilligence performed before giving the go ahead on Crossflo? I believe it was Goerner, Bibeau and Flowers who were calling the shots on M&A&I at the time.

Cliff, may have been the only one to not agree with this one as I suspect he may have been the lone dissenter in approving a settlement with Leckrone. The problem is we will never know unless Cliff decides to to tell us.
