Did the judge sign the motion for Pro Hac Vice (for TPL)? I could only find BaNos posting of proposed order (not signed by Judge). Judge Ware had previously allowed Barco to have Ed Runyan (from Illinois) admitted Pro Hac Vice to represent them. Why wouldn't he allow TPL the same courtesy.

To my knowledge, July 3rd is the date set for Barco's motion to strike portions of TPL's 3rd amended infringement contentions. I guess one could assume that the Special Master will be hearing this motion since there is nothing on Judge Ware's calendar.

Odd thing, Judge's calendar has stated for weeks now that his last law and motion hearing will be on June 25. However, there are motions schedule for July 9. I don't get it.
