I think that since he is from out of state he has to have a "local address" when working on the case. If you notice, he is listed as counsel on the Agility web site. IMHO, they needed an "expert" to help with this case. He could be working on interpretations of the IC's or trying to negotiate a settlement---probably interpretations.
