Well if the techie experts on this forum seem to believe that yesterday's Markman ruling was decisively favorable for the 749 & 890, then perhaps the Leckrone's will open up the desk drawer and release a wave of license agreements.

It is a good day for PTSC shareholders. It appears that the big hurdle (336) is looming ahead, however, even if it turns out to be a decisive victory for TPL/PTSC, we still need an announcement from our BoD telling us exactly what their plan is to bring value to shareholders. They need to tell the world the story and ASAP.
