What I am saying is that the parties have until the 29th to agree on a schedule to supply supplemental briefs and to inform the court whether they want to accept the court's offer to proceed with Judge Grewal now or defer and accept whatever and whomever might be assigned the case down the road. Yes, the 29th is a timeframe in that if both parties do not come to some sort of resolution, the case and further Markman clarification will continue with another judge in place, for sure.
