How about this for speculation. On RB our old pal banks seems to think that news regarding the CMC will come out today. t seems the judge requires a status report 10 days prior to the conference. Anybody care to speculate?

My own 2 cent guess would be along the lines of ``talks are progressing but we request a delay to finalize the negociations``.

Like we haven`t seen that before.
