That's the reason we won't see a PR until things have cleared.
IMO the plaintiffs have to consider if they can afford to continue.
I'm sure there have been a lot of discussions and negotiations behind the doors in the last months/weeks between our side and the T3 - we don't know what has happened, especially in the last 36 hours.
I expect the company to have a plan if all ducks are in a row, but IMO the last ducks are refusing to line up accordingly...:-)
