As I read through many of the post today I realized a very important material fact. Few, not all but few of the post were related to what is most important to a shareholder/investor such as myself or new shareholders/investors. It is those new investors we will need if we expect to see significant appreciation of Patriots per share value. What was rarely mentioned in the post on Wednesday after the news from Judge Ware was posted is what this news is worth to the value of our shares.

I appreciate all the effort that so many of you on this board have gone through attempting to technically explain what Judge Ware ruled. You have attempted to explain what is or may be needed to make the ruling iron clad in the favor of Ptsc shareholders and finally attempting to explain what the meaning of is...is in relation to this ruling. In addition some of our very kind and sharing technical shareholders have even brought in the USPTO rulings to justify once again what is, is.

However, I personally am left with the feeling that as important as the judicial hearing on June 29th and beyond is to the true meaning of what Judge Ware was attempting to say in his ruling and it is in important without a doubt is what is the dollar value of that ruling? Hate to be so material but that is where I am at.

Personally, I want to know or should I say see how the powers to be that truly control the appreciation of our shares follow through on this news. Where the value of our shares are say a week or two from now is as important to me as what happens on the 29th and possibly even more so.

I mentioned earlier that I hoped that per our Boards comments at the asm there is a pr plan in place once they had something to sink their teeth into. Well, as important as the tech talk has been today on this board and elsewhere the consensus appears to be that we came out on top in the MH ruling. New investors need a story they understand and though the T3 gang might not agree we would appear to have the gist of a truly interesting investors penny stock story.

I hope by this time Tuesday morning the process of telling this penny stock Cinderella story will have begun. Tech talk and great explanations aside if we really do have a winner here but nobody but us know it then .... well I think you see where I am going.

Lastly, I would like to add and somehow I hope this can get through to DL and our three extremely well paid Board members that we the shareholders DO NOT want them to settle this suit unless there is a SJ from Judge Ware (or the new Judge) or unless the settlement is so substantial it truly makes headlines throughout the investing world. Our share appreciation can start just by our public relations push not only telling the story of the recent ruling but the fact that we are not settling for pennies on the dollars anymore. Let the world know that, that ship has sailed and all infringers starting with the T3 should beware that we seek justifiable compensation nothing less and nothing more.
