At first I thought that maybe I did not make myself clear in my post. Then after rereading it and some of the responses it garnered I realize it is not my post which I feel was very clear. It just proved beyond a shadow of a doubt to me what is important to many of the posters on the Agora board and exactly they are looking for in this stock.
So I ask, without expecting or necessarily wanting an answer, at what point along this merry journey into Patriot land do many of you (most of you?) want to stop talking about exactly what every i and t means in the Judges recent ruling or in any of the rulings? Unless, I got it wrong I seemed to understand that yesterdays ruling was much more a positive for Ptsc and Tpl then it was for the T3.
If that is so why are there so few of you demanding that enough is enough and that our Board get onto the plan they said they had ready to go when a ruling came down. I would expect that they had contingencies for a full ruling a partial ruling, heck a negative ruling.
Whatever the ruling our Board should be spinning it to make Patriot look like the best stock money can buy. If not now when... June 29th???? what if there is no definitive resolution then???? then when????
It almost sounds as if some of you have invested your money in Patriot just so you can converse with other tech types on what certain tech terms mean. I wonder if the Board of Directors of this public company does not realize what many of you really want and just feeds you folks all the PTO jargon, oscillator terms and speeds that you can handle.
Instead of concentrating on what can make the share price move our Board goes silent as they seem to realize that why try to "tout" and yes I said tout our company to the investing public as they do not need higher stock prices as long as there is enough cash in the kitty to feed their paychecks.
Heck, here is a conspiracy note for you..... if heavens forbid Patriot should get the attention I would like to see it get is it possible somebody out there might get a bit suspicious of a company run by a board of three who for years has been collecting millions of dollars in compensation for doing little to nothing to advance the value of the company beyond a few cents a share, beyond a market cap of say 40 million. Beyond the grasp of a private individual who has a public company with three employees but thousands of shareholders ignoring SEC rules that declare that a public company needs to disclose information to their shareholders.
I am not sure what else can be said other then I hope that that have found your perfect home of speculating, and tech talk I just hope it did not cost you your whole savings. Sorry for being rather harsh but I find it so difficult to believe that after one day of possible good news we are back to comments that start off with "well lets wait" and "lets not upset the Judge" and lets give the board time to figure out what they should do with this information and and and.........
