We need an active and Pro-active PTSC company! Which basically means the BOD (I don't believe there are any employees that can do anything but answer phones) needs to figure out or get someone to figure out how to bring the share value up.
Please do not bother asking me what they are to do, because for many years, shareholders much smarter than I have been stating what PTSC should be doing.
And please do not ask me what the BOD should do because I am not in position to run the company ...so it's not my job (don't want to be accused of monday quaterbacking on and on)..... and remember many here are quite satisfied to have the current BOD make decisions because too many worry about the credentials of any new possible Director and many are afraid of making changes to the BOD.
Last note, BOD are over their head (everyone here believes that, including the cheering camp) have them get qualified help!
