Thats up to the us all to collectively do, however, it must be understood, that PTSC had a battle from the get go, they had to first sue TPL, borrow from the Devil to pursue litigation, have a sort of win/win with the leckrones, then have to contend with evil infringers that asked the USPTO to revalidate continously the patents.
So, with little cash reserves, which I admit some was squandered, they had to be able to raise revenue to pursue litigation and outlive the desires of the evil infringers, and that was to them that PTSC would run out of cash and "go away".
It did not happen, PTSC and TPL stuck it out, now we are on verge of enourmous windfall of profits.
IMHO, TPL will get more agressive with the licensing, once we have total and complete court room wins.
