Seems that there is a lot of speculation and opining going on this week since the Pacer and every speculation rendered and opinion expressed could well be wrong.

Might be worthwhile to just ask someone at TPL/Allicense for their read.

As the BOD seems unlikely to (or uninterested in) communicating with the share holders, might as well make friends with the only folks who likely know what is truly going on. I seem to recall someone getting a cordial response from someone in the "belly of the beast"

Just a thought...

One question that I do have and am unclear on (and suspect that the answer is known by some long timers here) is: Who exactly approves the BOD compensation? Is there a group of preferred share holders or some oversight group other than the BOD itself that accesses and blesses their worth?
