Spoke to my EE contact briefly about the comparison of a VCO and a ring oscillator last night. Briefly, he said they are not one and the same. I am going to send him Talbot and the 336 to review 'again' this weekend and I will have something to post Sunday night. We will also review the Markman briefs as it relates to the ring oscillator term.
