That was a compelling argument, one that was both easy to read and understand.
Seems like Barco may have been overly selective (creative?) in finding and using quotes from the experts to share with the judge.
It is a pity when deception is employed to attempt parry/counter matters of fact. I do not see how a jurist could respond positively to such actions but then I am not a lawyer so have no idea how such actions are regarded and received.
The coming days should be interesting.
