I guess PTSC Management Expects shareholders and the market to GUESS!

PTSC's SOLE source of substantial revenue at this point is their portion of the net licensing fees of the MMP. PTSC has communicated that the Markman Ruling was going to be critically important to the ongoing licensing efforts.
THE JUDGE HAS ISSUED THE MARKMAN RULING! Granted, he held off on 1 of the 10 claims saying he'd like further breifing, but the point is HE HAS ISSUED HIS FIRST RULING.
ONE FULL WEEK LATER, though, and apparently PTSC management doesn't feel shareholders deserve any update to notify them that the ruling was issued, or as to what the ruling actually means, or what the status is at this point with the legal proceedings.
Par for the course with PTSC, yes I know, so I shouldn't expect more...at least that's the party line. And ironically and totally incorrectly, posters will parrot PTSC's management's party line and be quick to criticize my pointing this neglect and dereliction of duties out as the reason we're at under 10 cents, rather than realizing that it is precisely this lack of communication and this disdain for shareholders, and what this equates to in reality, this incompetence that puts and keeps the shares at this price level.
Read the PTSC message boards, and you'll hear posters blindly claming 9 out of 10 claims construed in PTSC's favor!! Considering only 9 of 10 claims were actually construed, that's a PERFECT game. However, PTSC has decided, 7 full days later that MUM's the word!
This must be such good news that they want to keep it on the down low so the judge wont' get mad and so no one else knows and all of us Agoracom posters can load up on shares. Maybe Gloria's going to send out a private e-mail to a shareholder again to let us know what's REALLY going on.
This is what $43K a month buys the shareholders of a PUBLIC COMPANY I guess. Shameful and pathetic, but when your M.O. is do as little as you can get away with, and you're allowed to get away with it, even supported by some shareholders in doing so, I guess that's what we should expect.
Markman Ruling issued in the Landmark Case in the lifeblood resource of the company, and nary a peep from PTSC! Must be great news then. Back up the truck! Just be careful of the Cliff though!
