With all due respect, you're simply wrong. Not only CAN they say something, it's their DUTY to say something. You're guessing what the one claim means. They KNOW (or at least SHOULD know) what it means, and what the rest of the ruling means. It's truly a remarkable dereliction of their duty to not communicate in some way over the ruling. Your excusing them is exactly the type of thing I commented on in my post. Posters here continue to come up with justification after justification as to why PTSC's management and BOD can't DO THEIR JOB! It's simply inexcusable.

Let's hope it's simply a inexcusable delay at this point.
