and he doesn't believe the VCO is a ring oscillator, but he still wants to review Phase Locked Loops and determine the impact on how it could possibly construed. He is going to write me an explanation tomorrow so I'll post it when I have it. FYI, he read the Judge's ruling, reviewed Talbot and the diagrams, read the T3 argument. He also read all of the claim results. He agrees with others who have posted bere that the T3 probably won the 890. He said he would review the 749 and provide his opinion. We spent most of the time reviewing the ring oscillator. It will probably take til the weekend to review the 749. Meant to add he owns 10k shares from the run up yrs ago and bought sub-dollar. He was an EE for over 35 yrs so he can afford the 7k loss and has never sold, but he doesn't follow nearly as closely as any of us. Probably looks at the SP once every 6 months.
