What proceeds would you be referring to ?

The past three years proceedes haven't kept up with expenses. Where's the security to the lender ?

I worry that 1 more patent challenge and litigation from another infringer will eat up the remainder of the patents life. A lender may consider that as well. I'm sure the lender is going to want to see a business plan. PTSC doesn't have one. We rely on revenue from TPL/Alliacense licensing the MMP.

They're not going to just throw their money away.

I think we'll need to get rid of a couple subsidiary outfits might get a little bit of cash for them. Maybe not...but we still have to get rid of a couple.
