In the myopic world of Agoracom and the other message boards, the prevailing wisdom is that they all know or SHOULD know the Markman ruling was issued simply because we've all posted it, discussed it, speculated about it, etc.

While those of us who participate here or elsewhere, or read a message board realize it has been issued, there are likely thousands of shareholders who have no idea it's been issued.

Is it proper that such a huge development should be kept from them?
