It might only be my cynical-self thinking out loud....but from the beginning of the Joint Venture with the private company TPL, I was afraid that this situation would come about. Become a part of TPLs' strategy.

I do think PTSC should acknowledge the MH filing and discuss the BoDs' opinions concerning the report with shareholders. This Markman Hearing was so, built-up , even by management claiming this would be a "Slam-dunk" for us. If it was...They need to tell us, and tell us what that slam-dunk is going to do for us..

If it was not, they need a little personal courage to step up and let us know that, too.

Hell, we can't fire them. What are they afraid of ?
