It may very well be that Chet Brown's attorney(s) may have discovered evidence to support the theory of diversion of MMP funds. It is my understanding and belief that Chet's suit against Leckrone was for breach of contract. A contract that gave Chet a % of TPL's gross MMP revenues.
If I am understanding it correctly, the judge will be deciding about the alter ego issue. If he rules in favor of Brown then I guess there will be eyes on every account presently or formerly affiliated with Leckrone. If through this process Brown can show that Leckrone has been diverting MMP money through his other accounts, wouldn't PTSC want to know about this? If through the Brown case, our directors find out that Leckrone had purposely diverted MMP revenues, let say for fun, to an off shore account, would that force PTSC to once again file another complaint ......perhaps a bigger cat out of the bag than Apple.
Corrections welcome
