In my layman opinion, I think we treaded as lightly as possible at the PTO to avoid going on record and into great detail and possibly giving the T3 any verbiage that could be used in 'gotcha' tactics in the NDoC. I think since the differences between a VCO and ring oscillator are technical, we wanted to try and keep things as general as possibly due to future legal issues. I believe TPL will clarify the differences to the court and we will eventually win. All IMO.
