I came across the MacroAxis website completely independently of anything related to PTSC but then used it to see what they had to say about PTSC.
"Inept" adjective
1. without skill or aptitude for a particular task or assignment; maladroit: He is inept at mechanical tasks. She is inept at dealing with people.
2. generally awkward or clumsy; haplessly incompetent.
3. inappropriate; unsuitable; out of place.
4. absurd or foolish: an inept remark.
There are two ways to look at the comments on the website:
One way, assuming the statements are accurate, indicates that the PTSC BOD is inept at their assignment to use their collective alleged skills for overseeing performance of the public company to the benefit of its shareholders.
The other way, assuming the statements are inaccurate, indicates that the PTSC BOD is inept at their assignment to use their collective alleged skills for overseeing and promoting the image and marketing of the public company to the benefit of its shareholders.
So which is it? Or is it both?
