I would like to add that I will refrain from posting any further analysis of the Markman result by my contact until after the court has spoken to err on the side of caution. Good luck to us in the upcoming arguments. Unfortunately now the T3 have a say in the discussion as opposed to the ex parte PTO rexams. *sigh*. We will see...
