Not neccessarily so... Gloria's email to Laurie (I believe) re PDSG.. certainly did not get the "thanks for sharing" response... Besides the reason that was given to the German investor (and btw I AM glad it was shared) imo is bunk... but certainly not surprising..

All PTSC would have to do is state that 9 of 10 CCs have been decided, and that the 10th needs additional clarification... and that TPL is working dilligently to blah blah...

to prevent delivering informations to the other side which could be used against PTSC..
