I tend to agree. That has been my concern for quite some time. I look at this from a perspective of diminishing returns. Why should TPL put forth so much time, effort and expense to see a return % lower then their other portfolios? When you slice the pie three ways, the return may still be profitible but, certainly less so then DL's other portfolios. If TPL is in poor financial shape, it would make sense to concentrate on the higher yield returns. As you say, use the MMP as a backstop to cover expenses related to non-MMP portfolios. I'm having a difficult time believing the current MH is holding us back. The USPTO should have been the proverbial "floodgates" IMO. I believe that, once again, PTSC has either been outsmarted or complacent. At these price levels nothing short of a home run is going to move the stock. I think everyone understands the significance of our current situation. We need to either proceed to trial or announce a major settlement. We are rapidly getting beyond a "live to fight another day" scenario. It is time for Alliacense to put up or shut up. Perhaps DL just isn't a good attorney? Can win the small ones but, can't catch the big one.
