When will we get this ruling or do we have to wait for the next judge not ware for a ruling. That could be another 6 months

I don't know when the ruling will be handed down... but personally I'm not real keen on a retiring Federal Judge, who will more than likely be going back out into the private sector (wonder where he is planning on hanging his shingle?), making this final decision on our ring oscillator when it was imo already cut and dried

I hope TPL argues for this decision to be passed on to Judge Grewal
