I believe the court will want further information regarding the right justified term. Please post the footnote and comment on that. That is what is important. Why put it in there? What purpose could it serve other than to review the right justified term again? I think it is good Judge Ware made the decision he did on the 749, but I believe he has given himself room to maneuver if he chooses. Burying one's head in the sand is no way to objectively analyze an issue. Quote away in your response regarding misunderstanding and 'sand', but also plead try and post the footnote and the portion it relates to.
