You may call the patent office yourself as I did this morning. Henneman should have received a notice long before the patents expired last August. Somebody dropped the ball and I am beginning to think ulterior motives are at play here. Surely all those high paid attorneys, accountants, CEO, licensing professionals would have known that not paying a maintenance fee on patents would cause the expiration of that patent. In light of the current litigation involving that patent and the importance of it to the 336....this is a material event and I fully expect Patriot to inform its shareholders.
