148 Patent Expiration

According to our arguments to the USPTO, the patent expired on Aug 3, 2009. That is 1989 plus 20 years. Somewhere we must have claimed an earlier priority date in order to avoid prior art. I believe the original invention dates back to Aug of 1989 and most patents are divisionals of the original.
