I would ask the question, do you really think the BOD does not know the potential based on a favorable Markman, Leckrone's shennanigans, etc.?

I guarantee these people have ideas and the fact that people are talking about "Billions" on this message board is most likely ridiculous. That doesn't mean there couldn't be 100s of millions left, but "Billions"?

If TPL/PTSC prevail in the Markman, I suppose there will be a settlment. If/when there is a settlement, the announcement should have a dividend payment explicitly defined in the PR and guidance. Anything would be manipulation and not for the benefit of the common shareholder.

Cmon, PTSC, give your shareholders a chance to exit with a decent profit.
