At the 2012 SHAM, just 5 months ago, the Board was directly asked if they had an independent valuation on the company's only asset, the 50% ownership of the MMP Portfolio, in terms of its value to PTSC. Not one of the three had any idea. So what new information does CF now have that allows him to offer any official opinion on its value?

Maybe it will be disclosed in next week's 10-Q.
