It makes no sense for TPL/Alliacense not to bring more companies into the tent. I seems that they have a great deal of sunk cost in detecting infringement. To what end, all that effort, if not to convince those who have stepped over the line that they need to make honest amends?

Unfortunately, there is no window into what is actually happening and fear of the dark is a primal fear. Hopefully there will be a light switched on in the not too distant future to return hope.
