I concur costs SHOULD go down. Trying to be conservative though with unknown litigation still ahead, and 3 BODges & The Leckster still at the helm. Would love to see 15%, though I believe by contract in the Comm Ag, TPL gets 15% off the top, so unilikely we'll ever get to 15% in reality.
Perhaps true, but a LOWER return, only makes the possibly warranted CURRENT PPS higher! That's what that portion of the analysis was geared toward. Again, trying to err on the side of caution.
We'll always have the "don't knows" but history shows possible value, and positive Markman and other positive developments would only reinforce. Once the current Markman / Litigation / Settlement hurdle is cleared resulting in some substantially higher license fees (IF that EVER happens, of course), then we should know what the market value is of the MMP, and then it's TPL's job to exact it. I was staying on the conservative side (presumably anyway) with the $500M number, so if we go with your $750M number, and realize there is the POSSIBILITY of concentrated WAVES of licenses that could spike revenues a la 2006, then that's my point. The speculation begins and the PLAYA's take their shot which should drive the pps up in spurts.
Had to give you my Pittsburgh dose, but too much work to repeat! lol BY THE WAY, WHO IS IN FIRST PLACE IN THE NL CENTRAL!!! Hottest team in MLB. That's right, yours, mine, EVERYONE's PITTSBURGH PIRATES!!!!
Concur on Hines, though if Wallace gets in early during camp, I think the WR corps gels and if the O-Line draft picks pay off, could be a big year! I love the way Stafford throws. Hope he can duplicate the healthy season. Schwartz better reign in the convict-Raydas....er... I mean the Lions, though. What the heck is going on up there!?, Regarding Sid, you must've missed the fine point that Ray Schero (Pens GM) put in the deal regarding, SIDNEY, the greatest player in the world. Took a lesson from the PTSC BOD, and made that $100M "non-binding" LOLOL! No worries, Sid the Kid will play til he's 40! You heard it here first!
