Actually that makes some sense IMO.

The BoD has no demonstrated capability or expertiese in this area. They should just continue to sit on their hands and stay out of the way of the process as they have proven themselves pretty ineffective at making solid business decisions.

Love 'em or hate 'em, the Alliasense team at least has skills in the process and certainly a much bigger Rollodex of contacts at the right levels.

Still hoping for good news and a better future along with everyone else here (or it is at least assumed everyone here has such hope.)
