As if the original Master AGreement/ComAg wasn't cloaked in enough secrecy, here we go again.

July 11- Program Agreement - PDS, Alliacense, TPL & PTSC ....PDS engages Alliacense to negotiate licenses & pursue claims against violaters on behalf of PDS, TPL & PTSC

July 11- TPL Agreement - PTSC & TPL agree to certain allocations of obligations in connection with the engagement of Alliacense

July 17 - Agreement between PTSC, PDS, TPL & Alliacense whereby PTSC agreed to certain ADDITIONAL allocations of obligations relating to the Program Agreement

So does this mean that TPL expects to begin payments to Chet Brown which may (or may not) have been the real catalyst for the above mentioned agreements?

Is there anyone on this forum who has connections with the SEC, CA Attorney General, Federal Prosecutors, District Attorney etc. etc. If so, please make the calls.
