Retaining Alliancesense for the purpose of technical expertise is a good thing, IMO. They appear to be competent though not irraplaceable. Certainly, they possess a wealth of knowledge acquired to date and are a valuable resource. IMO, they have come down the learning curve ok, but I'm just speculating.
