The most important section of the agreement is this:

"...with an entity selected by PTSC upon such terms as will provide for a seamless transition and continuation of the MMP ComProg..."

There are certain areas/projects (e.g. the T3 litigation et al.) which are still under TPL's control, but other areas/projects (these are blackened) will go to another licensing partner.
Maybe they split the licensing business in two geographical areas, US/Asia covered by TPL, Europe covered by the new "entity"?

Now let's hope there will be a PR soon revealing the new partner.
