Mike,

yesterday, I reacted to what I thought was an 8k that would reveal nada. Today, it appears we have been informed of quite a bit....in legal and perhaps confusing lingo. But it appears we are seeing a real shift in control.IMHO TPL is in trouble and I think our lawyers have taken some control. Is this not what many have been hoping for! good news yes?
