Legal question: Am I being naive to think Moore would have to consent to having his name involved in how the MMP is managed in the new ComProg (or whatever they are calling it) agreement? Which could indicate a settlement between Moore and TPL? Or is it logical to conclude since Moore assinged his MMP rights to Leckrone, Lecky can do what he wants as long as the % of MMP funds is 'distributed' accordingly. Or any other conclusions ... Lastly, and not directed at Ron although he does happen to be an attorney. If anyone wants to try and get the SEC involved I suggest contacting an SEC attorney, provide all the gorey detail to them about PTSC over the past several years, and have the attorney send an 'official' letter to the SEC demanding an investigation. Wouldn't cost more than a couple grand. Heck, I'd be willing to contribute 100 bucks.
