First a disclaimer.. I guess I would classified as an optimist… I think the recent 8k is good news and a couple of different possibilities do exist… IMHO ..a bad original agreement is better…. Maybe only marginal … and could set us up even better in the future.

1st PTSC ownership of the MMP has moved above 50% which we will find out if this is true in the next ¼ we would need to report details.. this was discussed the company…

2nd This is a step by the BOD to put a contingency plan together… we know Lecky has had financial issues.. and the ownership of the MMP could be under jeopardy.. Moore invited Lecky to the MMP party and is now trying to kick him out (which I welcome)… if this did occur we now have a team who is working with Licensing and is familiar with the player involved…

3rd We now have a team in place that can monitor cost for License efforts… see if Lecky is double dipping… there is also incentive for them all parties to show results…
