I had mentioned VirnetX Holding Corp to this board a while ago as it sound very similar to our situation but with a few major differences.

VHC owns there patnet out right. We do not.

VHC has won their markman. Waiting on our markman ruling

The point is, even if we win that does not gurantee anything. Take a look at first video covering "Hidden risks..."

I think the VHC story is interesting to follow in comaprison to our own. A side from the differences we are also dealing with a lot of unknown. Kept in the dark on many things our BOD may or may not being doing....
