So Palomar... Why would TPL/PTSC come out with such a strongly worded PR referencing the Markman ruling (with no caveat re the '336) when they have no idea what the Federal Judge making the final decision on the '336 will decide.. or for that matter which Federal Judge will be making that decision..?? Or do you think they know and just decided to release this PR before the decision of the Federal Judge has been made public..? Or perhaps they are just gambling that they know what the decision will be? What is your speculation?

When a company chooses not to communicate with its shareholders (ie no explanation what so ever regarding the new 'Licensing Program' Agreement), has the track record these guys have and come out with a PR 180* from the norm.. the shareholders are allowed to and will speculate.. from 'jaded' views supporting the BoD to 'jaded' views distrusting of the BoD.. and everything in between.. it ends up being all we have.. Until I am informed otherwise by the BoD, anything is possible with these guys..
