I believe Ron could be useful here speculating as to why PTSC filed suit in NCa instead of Texas. Could be as simple an answer as "Jurisdiction", but I'm no lawyer....There has to be a legitimate reason....Strategy....The answer lies somewhere....

Additionally, this case(s) will take years to complete IMO....Scare tactics..Certainly, a shot across the bow at a minimum...Good publicity...Virt
