I am so sorry to hear about your loss. My prayers are with you and your family at this time. I lost my mother in law this past May to the same disease.

Regarding recent PR and subsequent posts. I think it is highly likely that if anyone has an agenda it is the BoD/TPL. It struck me as odd that a PR with such favorable language about the Markman would be issued AHEAD of a final ruling. Regardless of the reasons behind the PR, any positive news is great news as far as I am concerned.
