FACT - At the SHAM on Feb 10, CF said PTSC was too risky for him to invest in stock

FACT - many reasonable investors would be happy to make, say, 25%, on an investment.

FACT - a 25% gain on 12c results in a gain to 15c.

FACT - 15c is less than 50c

ERGO - if CF is a reasonable investor looking for a 25% return then he did not believe PTSC stock would reach even 15c when he made his public statement on 2/10/2012.
