Unfortunately, I think the secrecy was there more to protect TPL and PTSC and their dirty laundry rather than to address any issues with other proceedings. Just my opinion.

As for the Apple / Samsung trial, it will definitely be interesting drama. Reading the related stories only makes me wonder what could have been or perhaps still could be for the MMP if it were in the right hands / right strategy. Let's hope pieces of changes representing a shift toward that that are being revealed currently.
