Regarding the ITC-13.... I can't imagine that I will be able to keep up with all the Pacers that these litigations will/may genetate.. ZTE & Nintendo are the only two new cases currently listed in NoCal... The others may eventually get filed there too... but not as of yet..

I will attempt to keep the board up to date.. but the potential of following and maintaining 13 of these..... Perhaps some will just decide to fold 'em and license up.. Anyway.. just want to give you all a heads up on this.. 10 & 6 yr old boys, and a high maintenace swimsuit model wife (ok.. the 10 & 6 yr old boys are the truth) require most of my free time...
